Meet Gabriella. Makeup Artist and Beauty Therapist at GS GlamBar
What started off as a hobby in her spare time, turned into a full time passion for Gabriella, with a talent for creating makeup looks that began her career in beauty. As time passed, Gabriella studied a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Screen and Media, and a Certificate III in Makeup Services, and has continued to grow her skills through completing certifications for Eyelash Extensions, as well as Lash Lifts and Brow Laminations.
The beginning of GS GlamBar
I remember from a young age watching my mum apply her eyeliner and lipstick and i was so fascinated! I always asked her ‘ mum can i have some ‘ and her reply was always ‘one day, when you are older’. In my mind I always remembered thinking, I cant wait to play around with makeup and skincare! I was inspired by the whole beauty concept which made me want to start my own business at GS GlamBar!
Suffering with acne and hairy thick eyebrows throughout high school was one of my many insecurities! I remember the day I bought my first foundation and eyeshadow I felt so excited, and since then makeup and all things beauty related have become a passion of mine.
Makeup and beauty have always been something that hits close to my heart, and I believe its important to do what makes you feel more confident and positive about yourself! I love talking to my clients about all things skin, brows and makeup related because I know what its like to have those insecurities that we all have! I inspire to make my clients walk out of my studio feeling self assured, confident, and feeling like a million dollars!
