PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

Accepted Answer

To secure your appointment, a $20 nonrefundable deposit will be required on all appointments over $30. This way, your appointment will be confirmed and secured.

For appointments less than $30, full upfront payment is required.

Upon completion of your appointment, a payment via cash or bank transfer is to be made.

Question 2

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Accepted Answer

If you are unable to make your appointment, please advise me within 48 hours of your appointment time to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If the cancellation is within 48 hours, unfortunately your deposit will be lost.

Question 3

LATE ARRIVALS AND NO SHOWS

Accepted Answer

If you are late to your appointment, please let me know at least 10 minutes beforeband. If you do not show up to your appointment, or are more than 25 minutes late, your deposit will be lost and your appointment will be cancelled.

CHANGE OF MIND/UNSATISFIED

Accepted Answer

If you are unsatisfied with the service you received, we are happy to fix or alter anything before you leave the studio. Unfortunately, once you have left we are unable to perform any fixes free of charge, unless there is a fault with the service that occurred after departing. This does not include normal wear overtime/failure to look after your skin, eyebrows, lashes, or makeup.
